ZunaBet High-Roller Policy
In any given month, if a referred Customer (a “High-Roller”) generates a negative Net Gaming Revenue of $10,000 (ten thousand US Dollars) or more at any time, and your total Net Gaming Revenue across all referred customers and game types for that month is also negative $10,000 or more, then the negative Net Gaming Revenue attributable to that High-Roller will be carried forward and offset against future Net Gaming Revenue generated by that High-Roller until the negative balance (the “High-Roller Balance”) is reduced to zero.
The High-Roller Balance carried forward applies solely to the Net Gaming Revenue generated by the High-Roller and is not offset against the Net Gaming Revenue of other customers.
The accumulated High-Roller Balance carried forward will not exceed the total negative Net Gaming Revenue generated by your referred Customers during that same month.
If multiple High-Rollers are identified within the same calendar month, the total negative balance carried forward will be proportionally split among them.
The High-Roller Balance of a High-Roller will be decreased by any positive Net Gaming Revenue they generate in subsequent months. This balance will not increase due to future negative Net Gaming Revenue unless the High-Roller again qualifies as a “High-Roller” in that month.
Payouts:
The commissions are paid once a month, the month following their generation. Once completed, you will be required to provide an invoice. We aim to finalize the previous month’s accounts by the 10th of the following month. The minimum amount for crypto/wallets is $100, whereas the minimum amount for bank/wire transfers is $300.
Your Use of ZunaBet’s Marketing Materials
In the event that you are accepted as an Affiliate into the Program, ZunaBet shall, during the course of your participation in the Program and subject to your compliance with these Terms, grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited right and license to distribute the Marketing Materials through your Affiliate Assets for the sole purpose of referring Customers to the ZunaBet Sites in return for Commissions. You may not use or distribute the Marketing Materials for any other purpose unless you have received our express written approval to conduct Approved Marketing Activities. For the avoidance of doubt, any request to conduct Approved Marketing Activities may be approved or rejected in our sole discretion.
All Marketing Material shall be made available to you through the ZunaBet Affiliates Program Portal and may be updated by us from time to time. You undertake and agree that you shall only use the current versions of the Marketing Material as it appears on the Program Portal and shall promptly discontinue the use of any Marketing Material which is out of date or no longer available on the Program Portal. It is your responsibility to check the Program Portal for updated Marketing Material on a regular basis.
You undertake and agree that you will not modify any of the Marketing Material which is made available to you and that you will not, without our specific written approval, market or promote ZunaBet Brands using any promotional materials not provided or approved in writing by ZunaBet.
In the event ZunaBet designates any Marketing Materials as subject to particular restrictions (for example, campaign start/end dates, demographic limitations, etc.), you undertake and agree that you shall only use the Marketing Materials in accordance with such designated restrictions.
